This study aimed to identify the reality of the performance of the heads of academic departments at Menoufia University in the light of the Malcolm degree model for quality from the viewpoint of faculty members in some theoretical and practical colleges at Menoufia University, where the descriptive approach was used and the questionnaire was relied upon as the main tool for data collection, and the sample consisted of (245) A faculty member with 10% of the original community of (2450) who were randomly selected, and the number of valid questionnaires for discharge and statistical analysis reached (230) questionnaires, and the data was analyzed by the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program and the study concluded that the estimate of individuals The study population of the extent to which Malcolm degree criteria for the quality of the seven in the performance of department heads was average in general, and it recommended several mechanisms to evaluate the performance of academic departments heads at Menoufia University in light of the Malcolm degree model for quality.
