The study aimed to investigate the impact of using Wiki technology on developing scientific concepts among tenth grade students in Biology in Karak Governorate. This study adopted the semi-experimental approach. The sample of the study consisted of (84) tenth grade students from Al-Mazraa Secondary School for Boys of the Southern Aghwar Directorate and it was chosen intentionally. The Sections were randomly distributed into two groups, one of which was an experimental study using to the "wiki" technique, the control group that was taught to the conventional method. The two groups were subjected to a pre- test to measure the scientific concepts of tenth grade students in the four-Biology subject: (viruses, genetic material, viroids, and prions). The results showed that there were statistically significant differences at (α = 0.05) between the average performance of the students in the four scientific concepts combined test. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at (α = 0.05) between the average performance of the students in the test of the four scientific concepts, each concept separately for the two scientific concepts: (genetic material and viroids). The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (α = 0.05) between the average performance of students in the four scientific concepts test, in favor of two concepts: (viruses and prions), attributed to the teaching method, in favor of the experimental group. The researcher recommended the need utilize on the "wiki" technique in teaching scientific concepts in different educational stages. (Author’s abstract)
