The study aimed to identify the manifestations of speech disorders in children with cerebral palsy from the point of view of their parents. And to identify the manifestations of language disorders in children with cerebral palsy from the point of view of their parents. And the detection of statistically significant differences, if any, between the responses of the sample members about the manifestations of speech disorders due to the following variables (gender, age group). The study was based on the descriptive method. The population of the current study consisted of all parents of children with cerebral palsy. To achieve what the study seeks and in line with the characteristics of the sample, the researcher used the probabilistic sample, specifically the intentional sample, because the party to which the researcher went to investigate the statistics of the study population is a specialized party concerned with children with cerebral palsy, so the targeting of the sample was intentional. Establishing educational guidance programs about speech and language disorders directed to families of children with cerebral palsy, which are based on the concerned authorities, such as the Department of Special Education. The study recommended activating the role of early language intervention programs for children with cerebral palsy in schools and kindergartens. (Published abstract)
