There is a general emphasis from researchers on the effectiveness of modern technologies in reducing the level of learning difficulties and solving many of their problems of different types and causes, but the level of adoption by educational institutions has become the subject of controversy and discussion. Therefore, the study aimed to identify the reality of teachers’ use of modern technologies with students with learning difficulties The primary stage in Makkah Al Mukarramah region, and to achieve the goal of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used by applying a questionnaire directed to the study sample, which amounted to 197 male and female teachers from the category of learning difficulties. The same in those techniques and their impact on the treatment of learning difficulties. The results of the study concluded that with regard to the level of use of modern technologies by teachers of learning difficulties in Makkah, with a total degree of axis (3.3) with an arithmetic mean (3.76) and a standard deviation (0.96) that expresses a high level of approval. Modern techniques for teachers of learning difficulties in Makkah Al Mukarramah with a total score for the axis (3.9) with an arithmetic mean (2.73) and a standard deviation (0.85) that expresses an average level.
