The present study aimed to identify the most important obstacles facing the student's motivation in the secondary stage from the point of view of learners in the State of Kuwait. The method used is the descriptive analytical approach to suit the subject of the study, the study was based on a questionnaire that was distributed to (382) male and female students from the eleventh and twelfth grades in the secondary stage, and its Consists of (41) phrases, distributed over three main axes: obstacles faces the role of the teacher in student motivation in the secondary stage, obstacles faces the role of school administration in student motivation at the secondary stage, And the appropriateness of the content of the textbook to motivate students in the secondary stage. and to ensure the validity and reliability of the tool, it was presented to several specialized arbitrators. The researcher expects that the results of this study will reveal interest in the student's motivation and focus on attracting the learner and motivating his motivation to learn. The results are also expected to show the effectiveness of education in diversifying teaching practices and enhancing tendencies and skills. The results will be discussed in the light of the literature related to the subject of the study, and recommendations will be made based on the findings of this study. (Author’s abstract)
