Current study aimed to identify the behavioral problems for children with communication disorders from the point of view of parents and teachers, and identify the differences according to study variables. Sample consisted of (84) teachers and (145) parents of students with communication disorders in Medina, Saudi Arabia, they were selected from those who agreed to answer the study scale. To achieve objectives of the study, researcher prepared a scale of behavioral problems for children with communication disorders, which consists of (34) items in seven dimensions, the psychometric properties were verified before using it. The results showed that the behavioral problems for children with communication disorders in Madinah from the point of view of their teachers and parents came to a medium degree in general, and all scale items ranged between low and medium level for both samples. From teachers’ point of view, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences according to student’s gender and type of center variables, also the results showed there are statistically significant differences according to student’s age variable, in favor of age group (7-10 years) in total scale score, from teachers point of view. From parents’ point of view, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences according to age of students, the type of center, and student’s arrangement among his siblings variables. But results showed there are statistically significant differences according to student's gender variable in favor of males in total scale score, from parents point of view in Medina.
