The study aims to identify the effect of using the Holy Qur'an teaching books for the Deaf by researcher Muhammad bin Hijan Al-Sahbi on the level of Deaf Students' achievement of the basic concepts of the Holy Qur'an course. As well as revealing any differences in the estimates of specialists in Deaf education about the effect of using these books on the level of Deaf students' achievement of the basic concepts of the Holy Qur'an course. The study was applied to all institutes and programs of classes for deaf boys and girls in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method by reviewing previous studies related to the topic. The researcher also used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection during the field study, where a random sample of male and female teachers working in centers and institutes for the deaf was selected, the size of which is (32). The questionnaire included several paragraphs evaluating the impact of books on teaching the Qur'an for the deaf on the level of deaf primary school students' achievement of the concepts of the Holy Qur'an course from the point of view of their teachers. The most important findings of the study are: the use of the Holy Quran teaching books - by researcher Al-Subhi -has a great impact on the level of the deaf achievement of the concepts of the Holy Quran course in the primary stage, from the point of view of teachers of deaf institutes and programs in the regions of the Kingdom. The study also found that there are no significant differences in the average opinions of respondents about the subject of the study due to personal variables (gender, experience in the field of deaf education, educational qualification, and school stage), as well as to the geographical distribution of institutes and centers. The study recommended the need of adopting a set of Holy Qur'an books by Al-Subhi researcher as a curriculum approved by the institutes and teaching programs in the Kingdom, working to provide special educational technologies for the deaf and hard of hearing, and the need to train teachers of the deaf and hard of hearing to use special educational techniques.
