The aim of the study was to determine the degree of practice of educational accountability among female principals from the point of view of special education teachers. The sample consisted of (52) special education teachers from medina schools, where the identification tool was applied to them after ascertaining their sincerity and stability, the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical curriculum to suit the nature of the study and its objectives. The results of the study showed that the degree of exercise by the headmaster of educational accountability for the functional discipline of special education teachers came largely with a support rate of 75.4%, while the degree of practice of the headmaster for educational accountability related to the ethics of the teaching profession for special education teachers was very high and the approval rate of 86.9%. The degree of accountability also came in relation to the standards of teaching performance of special education teachers to a large extent and with a support rate of 76.4%, which shows that the degree of accountability of female principals came in at 81%, and the study recommended the need to spread the culture of educational accountability in schools.
