The study aimed to determine the degree of both secondary school principals' application of knowledge management processes and the degree of stimulating innovation among secondary school teachers from their point of view in the city of Riyadh, and to determine the statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample members to each of the degree of application of knowledge management processes to their principals due to the variable (specialization, years of experience), the degree to which they stimulate innovation due to the variable (specialization, years of experience). Revealing the relationship between the application of knowledge management processes for secondary school principals and stimulating innovation for their teachers in the city of Riyadh. The descriptive survey method was followed, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for the study, and the sample amounted to (97) teachers. The study found that 1) the degree of application of the degree of application of secondary school principals to knowledge management processes from the point of view of their teachers in the city of Riyadh was very high. 2) And the degree of innovation stimulation among secondary school teachers from their point of view in the city of Riyadh was high. 3) There are statistically significant differences on the degree of innovation stimulation among secondary school teachers from their point of view in the city of Riyadh in favor of literary subjects' specialization. 4) There are no statistically significant differences about the degree to which secondary school principals apply knowledge management processes and the degree of innovation stimulation among secondary school teachers from their point of view in the city of Riyadh due to the variable years of service. 5) There is a strong direct relationship between knowledge management processes and innovation stimulation. And one of the recommendations of the study is to increase the training courses held for teachers within the school that serve innovation and creativity. (Published abstract)
