دور المرشد الطلابي في الحد من العنف المدرسي بين الطلاب : دراسة مطبقة على المرشدين الطلابيين بالمدارس الإبتدائية الحكومية بمدينة مكة المكرمة
The study aimed to identify the role of the student counselor in reducing school violence among students as a study applied to student counselors in government primary schools in the city of Makkah Al-Mukarramah of these counselors, and to achieve the purposes of the study, the researcher used the comprehensive social survey method for all student counselors working in government primary schools in the city of Makkah. The study reached several results, the most important of which is: the majority of the sample members are in the age group of less than 30 years old, and calling colleagues by undesirable names is one of the most important forms of school violence among students, and that child imitation of bad companions is one of the most important causes of school violence among students, and that Correcting students' thoughts that lead them to violence is one of the most important roles that the student advisor plays to reduce school violence among students. The study recommended a several recommendations, the most important one is the need for parents and guardians to follow up and monitor the behavior of their children, whether in or outside the school, and the need to emphasize cooperation and solidarity among all employees of the educational institution in order to advance the efficient and effective educational process.
