The educational systems in Egypt have endeavored to bring about development in their educational systems, and to make the primary issue of education is to teach the student how to learn while highlighting the role of technical education and its importance in graduating skilled workers who contribute to supporting small projects. All this In order to achieve a much more comprehensive development to contribute in overcoming the phenomenon of unemployment because of its role I forming an integrated pattern in the performance of the work of these projects, which entails the formation of a group of productive workers, to provide education to gradually shift towards an economy based on knowledge, thus increasing the skills of individuals to perform the work. The concept of competitiveness means that the state does not need a comparative advantage in order to compete in the international markets, by relying on the intellectual component of production and the quality of production, as it seems that the evaluation process of the skilled worker in the future will depend on the amount of what he can learn and what he possesses, not on the amount of what he knows, and this will be the distinguishing feature of the cognitive workforce. As the problem of study has emerged in that although small projects were able to provide direct solutions to reduce the problem of unemployment, reducing its rates, there is a weakness in competitiveness represented in the absence of the role of technical education in preparing a product that activates the role of these projects in the service of developmental goals. The study aimed to explain the importance of Small projects as a strategy followed to solve problems facing technical education graduates in line with the current policy directions of Egypt suiting the 2030 development vision and strategy. The current study depends- in its basic procedures- on the descriptive approach. (Published abstract)
