The study aims at proposing a developmental framework for Teaching Performance Assessment (TPA) Systems to be applicable in the Arab countries in light of the international trends and the best global relevant practices. The study adopted the descriptive and comparative methodologies to analyze the status of TPA policies in the Advanced reference countries and the selected six Arab countries: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Lebanon, Oman, Egypt, and Soudan. These countries were selected according to geographical considerations to represent all the Arab Countries. In addition, the appropriate tools have been unitized, topped by a checklist for documents and interviews and conducting interviews and drafting their summaries. (Published abstract)
