The study aimed at building a proposed model for a center for Peace Education for Jordanian Principals’ professional Development, and at studying the reality of training courses offered by the Ministry of Education (MOE) in Jordan to the principals of public. To achieve the objectives of the study, the qualitative methodology was used, and three tools were used to collect the data; the interview and the content analysis tools, to study the reality of the training courses, and the Delphi model to develop a future vision for the center. The sample of interview tool consisted of (18) principals from different parts of Jordan, and it was selected randomly. The content analysis methodology was used to the content analysis tool, where the community consisted of all the content of the training programs which conducted by MOE to principals of public schools during the last five years (2013-2018). After that, the Delphi model was used to build the proposed vision of the Center of Education for Peace for the professional development of principals, where the community consisted of (11) experts of education for peace; to achieve this, the researcher used a questionnaire, which consisted of the themes of the proposed form. The study showed-from the repetition of the responses of the principals who involved in the interview tool-that the reality of professional development programs in the field of education for peace was generally low. In addition, the study showed that the education for peace does not cover principals’ programs and training courses in MOE in all fields of education for peace. Based the above, a proposed model for the institutionalization of the Center of Education for Peace for the professional development of the principals at Hashemite University was presented, and it covered two main areas: the first phase is infrastructure construction and structural integration, the second phase is practice and implementation. In the light of the results, the researcher recommended some recommendations like adopting the proposed model for the establishment of a Center of Education for Peace for the professional development of school principals at the Hashemite University. In addition, inclusion the Education for Peace in MOE Strategy as one of the priority concerns of its strategic diversified plans includes various long and short-term objectives. (Author’s abstract)
