The research aimed to determine the degree of availability of knowledge management requirements and its importance in educational supervision from the point of view of supervisors in the Sultanate of Oman in light of some variables. The research used the descriptive method, and the research sample consisted of (181) supervisors, to whom a questionnaire, consisting of (52) paragraphs, was applied., divided into four main axes. The results showed that the degree of availability of requirements for applying knowledge management in educational supervision in the Sultanate of Oman was low. With a mean (1.64) and a percentage (54.6%), where the human requirements came first, with a mean (1.82) and a percentage (60.6%), while the administrative requirements came in the last, with a mean (1.56) and a percentage. (52%), the degree of importance of applying knowledge management was high from the point of view of supervisors in the Sultanate of Oman, with a mean of (2.64), and a percentage (88%). The human requirements were the most important, with a mean (2.69) and a percentage (89.6%), while the legislative and regulatory requirements came in the last in terms of importance, with a mean (2.57) and a percentage (85.6%). The results did not show any statistically significant differences in the estimates of the total sample members to the degree of availability or importance of the application of knowledge management requirements due to the variable of gender, workplace, or job.
