The current research aims at identifying a proposed training program based on sustainable human development for the development of teaching skills among social teachers in the directorates of education in Baghdad governorate. In order to achieve the research objective, the researcher prepared a training program that represents theoretical aspects of teaching skills, writing skills, skill writing, Methods of teaching and teaching aids, skill of assessment, skill of preparation of tests), and practical aspect to implement the program prepared through the training of social teachers in the directorates of education in the province of Baghdad, and verified the validity of the program by a group of experts and arbitrators. In order to achieve the objective of the research, the researcher chose descriptive research methodology. The researcher identified the social research society in the directorates of education in Baghdad governorate. The researcher also prepared a questionnaire with secondary skills. The main teaching skills are the social teachers in the fields of planning, implementation and evaluation. (12) sub-skills, distributed (3) skills within the skill of planning (skill formulation of general and behavioral educational goals, skill writing the annual plan, and (7) skills in the skill of implementation (skill of preparation, skill of content analysis, communication skill, closure, skill of asking questions, diversifying stimuli, skill enhancement, problem solving and classroom management); and (2) Two skills within the skill of the calendar (the skill of the calendar, manual and remote, the skill of preparing tests. The researcher recommends a number of recommendations: 1) Adopting the training program in which the current research was conducted as a practical guide for the training of social teachers in the directorates of Baghdad governorate in general and the directorate of Rasafa third education in particular and providing them with a practical theoretical framework that enables them to carry out their work efficiently and effectively. 2) Paying attention to the development of teaching skills within the program of preparing social teachers by considering them as an independent subject that emphasizes the theoretical and practical aspects. In addition to the current research, the researcher suggests applying the training program to the current research in the directorates of education in Baghdad governorate and conducting future studies based on training programs according to human development standards.
