The current research aims to learn how to design a Blended Collaborative Program for professional diploma students to produce animated video using Adobe Animate CC 2018. With the following tools, prepared by the researcher: 1) An educational test, to measure the cognitive aspect of the skills of producing animated video for Student of Professional Educational Technology Diploma, before and after the application. 2) Note card, to measure the performance aspect of the animation video production skills for Student of Professional Educational Technology Diploma, before and after the application. 3) A product evaluation card, to evaluate the animated video product produced by the students for Student of Professional Educational Technology Diploma, after the application. The basic experiment of research was applied to a sample of 20 students from the professional diploma and education technology at the Faculty of Education at Tanta University, during the second semester of the 2018/19 academic year, and the current research reached the following conclusions: 1) The participatory integrated program achieved an adjusted gain rate of >1.2 compared to Blake’s adjusted earning scoring equation in the development of the cognitive aspect and the skilled performance of the skill of producing animated video. 2) There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance ≤0.05 between the average grades of the tribal and dimension applications for the students of the experimental group in the test of the cognitive achievement skills of the animation video production skills for the students of the experimental group in favor of the dimension application. 3) There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance ≤0.05 between the average grades of the tribal and dimension applications for the experimental group students in the skilled performance of the skill of producing animated video in favor of the dimensional application. 4) The integrated participatory program achieved efficiency of more than 80/80 in the educational attainment and skilled performance of the skill of producing animated video. 5) The presence of a statistical indication at the level ≤0.05 in the average student grades in the dimensional application related to product quality (animated video).
