The research aimed at identifying reality of applying knowledge management and how to invest it from the viewpoint of faculty members, Faculty of Education, University of Khartoum. The researcher followed the descriptive method. The research community included (171) faculty members, the researcher chose a simple random sample of (50) faculty members. The researcher also used the questionnaire tool to collect the required data, and we were formed from three main axes: (curriculum development, Teaching staff development, student interest). For data analysis, the researcher used the Statistical Analysis Program (SPSS). The research reached many results, the most important of which are: The Faculty of Education, University of Khartoum is working to develop its curricula in the light of knowledge management came with approval to some extent, with an average degree, and that the degree of development of the teaching staff in light of knowledge management in the Faculty of Education, University of Khartoum also came with approval, to a large degree Also, the degree of college sponsorship for students in the light of knowledge management came with approval to some degree, with an average degree, the degree of knowledge management investment in developing curricula, faculty and students came with an average degree. In light of these results, the researcher recommended: The necessity of a correct understanding of knowledge management in education, given that knowledge is the basis for the educational process and employment in developing programs for preparing teachers in Sudanese colleges of education, working on more to train faculty members at the Faculty of Education, University of Khartoum through centers Development and performance improvement, working to update the current curricula at the Faculty of Education, University of Khartoum in order to keep pace with and care for students according to the concept of knowledge management and investment.
