The current study aims at identifying the differences and the nature of relationship between the level of Psychological security to the competence of visual impaired children in the Republic of Yemen. The study was carried out according to different variables such as governorate, Gender, academic achievement, level of parents' education, economic level of family and the degree of disability. The researcher has used the psychological security article rationing of Mukhaimar 2003, and the measure of Shared Competence rationing 2004.The study sample includes (150) disabled in governorates of Sana'a, Taiz, Ibb and Al-Hodiedah. The study has showed that there is proportional relation between Psychological Security and Competence, the level of the Psychological Security and Competence is high for the visual impaired children. There are no differences on the level of Psychological security according to governorate variable, but there is difference on competence for Al-Hodiedah and Ibb governorate. There are differences related to gender on the level of psychological security for male. There are differences on the psychological security according to parents' education variable (University education, Diploma). There is no difference according to variables of economic level of family, degree of disability, academic achievement. (Published Abstract)
