The study aimed to reveal the impact of using flipped learning strategy on developing self-regulation learning skills among second intermediate students in social and national studies course in Saudi Arabia. In addition to, know the difference in the impact of using flipped learning strategy according to the level of achievement. The sample of the study consisted (62) students in the second intermediate class, and they were distributed into two groups: experimental group, which is taught using flipped learning strategy, and the control group which is taught using usual method. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers reformulate unit in education textbook according to the flipped learning strategy, and prepared self-regulation learning scale, validity and reliability where ensured. The results showed statistically significant differences at the level of (α = 0.05) between the scores of the students in the experimental and control groups on the self-regulation learning scale, for the benefit of the students in the experimental group who used the flipped learning strategy. While, there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (α = 0.05) between the scores of the students in the experimental and control groups on the self-regulation learning scale, due to the difference of the level of achievement. The most important recommendations of the study: the construction of educational programs in the social and national studies course based on the use of the flipped learning strategy, and prepare a practical guide to show teachers how to prepare and implement the lessons using flipped learning strategy.
