The aim of the research is to identify the effectiveness of educational program based on the strategies of flexible groups and team work SGT in fourth scientific grade students’ achievement in computer materials. Statistically significant difference is found at 0.05 level between the average scores of the students of the experimental group (which studied the curriculum according to the SGT and average scores of the control group (Which studied the same material in the traditional way) and for the benefit of the experimental group in the achievement test.
