This study aimed to identify the degree of inclusion of the history books of the intermediate stage in Iraq to the concepts of values of citizenship and cultural communication, where the researcher used the method of content analysis, and the study population may be from all history books for the intermediate stage in Iraq, the researcher has prepared a list of concepts of values of citizenship and cultural communication included In the history books of the middle stage in Iraq. The results of the study revealed that the most frequent concepts of the values of citizenship and civilizational communication in all history books for the middle stage in Iraq is the concept of (care for knowledge and knowledge of the history of Iraq), and that the least frequent concepts are: providing assistance to people with special needs, and the concept: faith in health care justice The results show that the history book for the third grade of the middle is the most frequent books of the concepts of values of citizenship and civilizational communication, while the first grade book of the middle of the lowest concepts among all middle school books in the world Aq results also resulted in the membership values have come to repeat the highest in all the history books in the intermediate stage of Iraq, while environmental values were the lowest rate of recurrence. In light of the results of the study, the researcher made a number of recommendations, including: Achieving the quantitative and qualitative balance in dealing with the values of citizenship and cultural communication between the history books of the middle stage in Iraq.
