This study tackled (designing a teaching unit to be used as safety measures at technical schools’ workshops). The importance of this research lies in the fact that it has tackled the issue that concerns man and his/her professional life, highlighting the importance of taking precautionary safety measures. The study aimed to explore the cause or rather the factors behind absence a course or a manual of safety measure, design a teaching unit to be used as a safety measure in technical schools’ workshops. The descriptive – analytical method has been adopted, a questionnaire and interviews were used as tools for collecting data. The population of the research comprised of technical inspectors, teachers and employees working for the ministry of technical education at Khartoum state. The importance Results: Curriculum designers pay little attention to this type of syllabus; financial cost cannot be blamed for absence of this type of syllabus. People in charge of technical education regard it as of less important compared to academic education. The important recommendations: Curriculum designers should pay much attention to this type of education due to its importance, the state as represented by the Ministry of Education should pay much attention to technical education because of its contribution to the national economy.
