The present study aims to identify the obstacles that prevent benefiting from the results of research, as perceived by of the faculty members in the government education colleges in the state of Kuwait. The study adopted descriptive analytical method. To achieve the goals of the study, a 21-item questionnaire was developed. It was divided into three dimensions. The questionnaire was applied to a sample of 100 faculty members. Findings showed that: the obstacles that hinder the application of the results of educational research as well as the organizational obstacles, and the obstacles of educational policy were high, while the procedural obstacles were moderate. There were no statistically significant differences related to gender or the college variables. There were statistically significant differences that can be attributed to the variable of the academic status in favor of assistant professor and associate professor.
