The aim of the study is to discover the (scientific, social, economic, aesthetic) values enhanced by preschool-oriented cartoons by analyzing a sample of these oriented-programs. Methodology: descriptive analytical approach. The study population was “Bara’m” channel, and the study sample was 118 graphical episodes taken from four programs that have been selected purposely from the channel. The study was carried out by using content analysis of the sample; divided into the category of content, and the category of format. The study relied on frequencies and percentage to get the results. The main results of the study: one of the most important findings of the study sample of preschool-oriented cartoons contains many different values, sorted as follows: the highest one was the social values, the second one was the scientific values, the aesthetic values the third, the lowest one was the economic value. The main recommendations of the study: the study recommends that Arab and Gulf cartoon programmers to produce high-value cartoon programs that reflect a variety of positive values for the child. In addition, they should focus on the local designing and production. (Published abstract)
