The study aimed to identify the Partnership experience between the Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University and Dublin City University, Ireland, to identify the constraints and problems that face this partnership. The descriptive analytical approach, questionnaire and interview were used as basic data collection tools. The study used the Stratified Sampling, which included 17 lectures (Teacher Assistance), 86 bachelor students and 20 master students from Princess Nourah University. The most important results of the study for the Teacher Assistance, the academic constraints are: the weakness of English language and the lack of interest of students to attend the applications. In addition, Administrative constraints, including the difficulty of communicating with the program manager. Moreover, technical constraints: including the difficulty of understanding the program guide, and to access the DCU system. Based on the results, recommendations were developed which may help to solve the constraints and problems and thus help in the success of the partnership program. The most important: Encourage and motivate the program Teachers Assistance, and Increase communication channels between them and the program management. In addition, workshops to clarify the guide to ensure the efficiency of the educational process. For students: Provide a detailed website of the partnership programs that contains the mechanism and conditions of admission and registration in the program, Providing a positive and supportive environment that meets the requirements of the two programs (bachelor's and master's degrees), thus providing an opportunity for intellectual coherence Between students and members.
