The study aimed at identifying the role of professional development centers in the development of teachers' performance from the point of view of school principals in the Beersheba area. The descriptive method was used. The study sample consisted of (145) managers and managers. The questionnaire was used as a study tool. The results of the study: the role of professional development centers in the development of teacher’s performance from the point of view of school principals in the area of (Beersheba) has come to a large extent, and the results showed the absence of differences of statistical significance due to the impact of sex and years of experience and scientific qualification. In light of the findings of the study, the centers seek to introduce new training programs that meet the needs of teachers and improve their educational and teaching skills. (Published Abstract)
