The research aimed to determine the priorities of educational research in the field of school management in Gaza governorates. To achieve this, the researchers used descriptive and prospective approach, through Delphi method to explore the priorities of educational research from the viewpoint of some foundations of education experts, and to determine the priority degree of researches from the standpoint of public school principals through a questionnaire consisted of (140) research priorities, divided into (4) areas (school system leadership, administrative processes, technical affairs - supervision, and local community service), applied on a sample of (228) male and female principals. The study concluded that the total statistical mean equal (2.16) with a medium priority, and research priorities have been arranged as follows: technical affairs – supervision has statistical mean equal (2.42) and with a high priority, the leadership of the school system has statistical mean equal (2.37) and with high priority, the local community service has statistical mean equal (2.09) and with medium priority, administrative processes has statistical mean equal (1.93) and with a medium priority. In light of these results, the research recommended the necessity of cooperation between the ministry and the Palestinian universities in the preparation of a research map identifies future research topics, and preparing mechanisms to discuss recommendations by the Palestinian school principals.(Published Abstract)
