The study aimed to investigate the degree of social studies teachers' possession of information technology and communication at the secondary stage in Kuwait state. To achieve these goals the study, depend on analysis approach. The study sample consisted of (191) male and female teachers were selected through comprehensive screening from social studies teachers in secondary stage who teach social studies in al Ahmadi education area in Kuwait , as well as the researcher built a questionnaire of the degree of social studies teachers' possession of information technology and communications which consisted of (37) item distributed to four domains which are: Microsoft word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft excel, and internet. The study result showed that the degree of social studies teachers' possession at secondary stage in Kuwait of information technology and communications was high and for all the questionnaire domains accept Microsoft excel domain which come middle. More over the study unveiled, that there are no significant statistically effect of gender, scientific qualification and experience on the degree of social studies teachers' possession at secondary stage in Kuwait of information technology and communications. In the light of the study finding, the researcher recommended activate e-communication between social studies teachers and parents. (Author’s abstract)
