درجة استخدام استراتيجيات التدريس المطورة في درس التربية الرياضية من وجهة نظر المعلمين في محافظة المفرق

The study aimed to identify the degree of using developed teaching strategies in the physical education class from the perspective of teachers in Al-Mafraq Governorate and identify the individual differences in the trends of the physical education teachers in Al-Mafraq Governorate towards the extent of using the developed strategies according to the study variables of (scientific qualification, number of years of experience, gender and number of training courses). The researcher used the descriptive approach due to its suitability to the nature of the study. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of (44) items distributed into the following fields: (physical education lesson layout, teaching strategies used (implementation), and the evaluation of the study results); the study population consisted of (46) male and female teachers and the study sample included all the male and female teachers of physical education in Mafraq. Data was analyzed by computer; the researcher used the statistical means, standard deviations, and Pearson correlation to achieve the study objectives. The study showed that physical education male and female teachers practice the developed strategies of teaching moderately and that the degree of practicing such strategies by the teachers does not differ by their gender nor their qualification. Based on the study results, the researcher recommended the need of urging teachers to enhance using the developed teaching strategies during class and increasing the school educational programs on the importance of developed teaching strategies and their impact on the educational process and its outputs.
