This study aimed at identifying the obstacles of using educational technology by teachers of history in Al-Mafraq governorate from their points of view, and suggesting a vision from their points of view to limit them. The descriptive approach was used. The research sample consisted of (70)female and male teachers of history for the secondary stage .They were chosen purposefully .The research instrument consisted of the obstacles of using technology in teaching distributed into the following domains:(obstacles related to the teacher of history, obstacles related to the school curriculum, obstacles related to students, and obstacles related to schools). The study showed that the degree of the obstacles of using technology by teachers of history in Al-mafraq was medium. The obstacles which were related to schools got the first rank ,followed by the obstacles related to the teacher of history ,then the domain of the obstacles of the school curriculum, and fourth the obstacles related to students. The research results showed that there were no statistically significant differences according to the experience variable, and there were differences according to the scientific qualification variable in the field of the obstacles related to the teachers of history in favor of higher studies, and according to the variable of training courses in the field obstacles related to school curriculum in favor of the training courses. The results showed that the suggestion of teachers to limit the obstacles focus on reducing the teaching quorum, and supporting the schools with net works.In light of the results the researcher suggested to support the school's of Qasbat Almafraq of the secondary stage with modern technology devices.
