This study aimed to investigating the middle stage social studies teachers performance in the light of total quality standards and it’s relationship with their attitudes towards their subject in Kuwait. The study population consists of all middle stage social studies teachers 286 teachers, during the scholastic year 2015/2016, the sample consists of 278 teachers. The questionnaire consisted of 91 items distributed at two parts, the first part prepared to measure the middle stage social studies teachers’ performance in the light of total quality standards in Kuwait, and the second part prepared to measure the middle stage social studies teachers attitudes towards their subject in Kuwait. The validity and reliability of the instrument were verified by the suitable educational and statistical methods. The most important finding of the study is that the middle stage social studies teachers’ performance in the light of total quality standards was large. And the middle stage social studies teachers’ attitude towards their subject was positive with high degree. And there were no statistically significant differences in the middle stage social studies teachers’ performance in the light of total quality standards according to gender, academic qualification. And there were statistically significant differences in the middle stage social studies teachers’ performance in the light of total quality standards according to the years of experience, for the benefit of (more than 10 years). And there were no statistically significant differences in the middle stage social studies teachers’ attitudes towards their subject according to gender, academic qualification & the years of experience. And there were statistically significant relationship between the middle stage social studies teachers’ performance in the light of total quality standards and their attitudes towards their subject in Kuwait. The study recommended to developing and improving the performance of social studies teachers in middle school for the little experience teachers through attending league rations for their colleagues with the large experience teachers, and to emphasizing the positive attitudes in social studies teachers, and strengthening and increasing interest in the development of the means to these attitudes constantly.
