The study aimed to identify the level of intellectual security among workers at the University of the house and its relationship to organizational development, and the effect of certain variables (sex, the nature of work, years of service) on that, the study sample consisted of 372 members of teaching and administrative staff. A tool was developed, it consisted of two axes. The first is to measure the intellectual level of security among workers at Al albayt University. It included 48 items. The second axis to measure organizational development, it included 56 items. The tool validity and reliability have been confirmed. The results of the study showed the intellectual level of security among workers at Al albayt University was high in all aspects. The aspects came in descending order (political, educational, religious, and economic, social, concept). The study results showed that the organizational development among workers in Al al-Bayt University came to a fair degree, came the areas in descending order (methods and technological tools, teamwork, organizational structure, goals, strategies, organizational development requirements, administrative procedures) and were all moderately. The results showed a positive correlation (proportional) statistically significant between intellectual security and organizational development among faculty members and administrators in the areas of Al al-Bayt University. According to the findings of the study, the researcher recommended a set of recommendations; the most important: Building an integrated system; to develop the intellectual concepts of security among university administrators.
