The study aimed to identify Training Programs for new teachers of the Arabic language in the state of Kuwait and its relationship to the professional growth, and the effect of certain variables (sex, educational stage) on that. The study sample consisted of 121 male and female teachers. A tool was developed to measure the variables of the study .It consisted of two questionnaires, the first to measure training programs for new teachers of the Arabic language in the state of Kuwait. It included 44 items distributed on five fields (training needs, the styles which used in training, cultural dimension, academic dimension, vocational dimension). The second questionnaire to measure professional growth, it included 29 items distributed on four fields (Lesson planning, grade adjust, teaching methods, Calendar).The tool validity and reliability have been confirmed. The results of the study showed that: the degree of evaluation Training programs for new teacher of Arabic language in the State of Kuwait was medium. Results also showed there were no statistically significant differences due to sex in evaluation training programs for new teacher of Arabic language in the State of Kuwait in all fields except field of vocational dimension the differences due to females, The results also showed there were no statistically significant differences due to educational stage in evaluation Training programs for new teacher of Arabic language in the State of Kuwait in all fields except field of academic dimension, the differences to due Primary stage. and the results of the study showed the degree of Professional growth for new teachers of the Arabic language in the State of Kuwait was high, The results also showed there were no statistically significant differences due to sex in all fields of professional growth, The results of the study showed also there were no statistically significant differences due to educational stage in all fields of professional growth except field of grade adjust, the differences due to Primary stage. The results showed a positive correlation relationship between all fields of training programs and all fields of professional growth for new teachers of the Arabic language in the state of Kuwait. According to the findings of the study, the researcher recommended a set of recommendations; the most important: 1) Training new teachers to develop classroom activities and non-classroom activities through training programs. 2) The use of cooperative learning and survey methods in the training programs for new teachers.
