This study aimed to (The Evaluation of the Computer Book for First Grade by the Standards of Quality from the Standpoint of Educational Specialists and Teachers) through: 1) Definition weaknesses and strengths in the book Computer average first grade by the standards of total quality from the standpoint of educational specialists and teachers. 2) Statistically significant differences in the evaluation of the average of the first class computer book according to the standards quality from the viewpoint of educational specialists and teachers depending on the genders variable. To achieve the goals of the study the researcher adopted the descriptive approach (survey) an approach to her study, the community of the study of teachers who are teaching computer material in intermediate school and secondary school and a specialists educational the total number of teachers 989 male and female. The researcher sample chosen 40% of the total original community, and the study sample 400 teacher, and the sample of educational specialists was 8 The researcher used the sample stratified random, so as to be representative of the community study, the research tool was a questionnaire containing quality computer book standards The first medium grade, was prepared after the return to the sources, who addressed the quality of school books and studies and literature standards, has been to ensure the veracity of the tool (questionnaire) by presentation to a group of experts, it has been confirmed researcher of stability by re-application questionnaire on a sample of teachers and teachers, and then applied researcher resolution in its final form as it consisted of 97 standard items distributed on five areas (objectives, content, art direction for the book, activities, means Evaluation), the researcher data has addressed statistically to extract the results using the weighted average weight percentile, and the researcher adopted a touchstone of 70%, and the results of the study showed the following: 1) The first class computer book has achieved proportion of 61% of the quality standard from the viewpoint of teachers who are teaching computer material and this percentage is less than the percentage stake 70%, adopted in this study, and this means that the first class computer book average did not achieved the quality standards. 2) That the first class computer book has achieved proportion 67% of quality from the viewpoint of educational specialists standard and this percentage is less than the percentage stake 70%, adopted in this study, and this means that the first class computer book average did not materialize with standards Quality. 3) There were no statistically significant differences between the views of specialists, educators’ differences (male and female) and teachers (male and female). In light of the findings the researcher concluded several conclusions, including: Those quality standards are not available in the book Computer book from the viewpoint of educational specialists and teachers. In light of the findings the researcher recommended a number of recommendations including: 1) Conferences and seminars related to the overall quality and provide the necessary facilities for workers in the educational process for the purpose of their participation locally and internationally in these conferences in order to consolidate a culture of total quality have a contract. 2) Establish courses that relate to the overall quality of the educational specialists and teachers for the purpose of involving them in the development of textbooks. 3) Need for a comprehensive quality standard by the Ministry of Education takes into consideration in the field of computer-authored a book, similar to the rest of the other subjects. 4) Re-consider authored a book and computer developed for non-conformity to the quality standards. 5) Address the weaknesses and shortcomings of the book Computer average first grade and developed particularly in the area (objectives, activities, means Evaluation) for non-compliance with quality standards. 6) Emphasis on the views of teachers of computer material average first grade for the purpose of improving the weaknesses and to involve them in the committees of authoring and development. The researcher has proposed a complement to this study several proposals, including: 1) Evaluation vocabulary decisions in the light of the primary quality standards. 2) Comparative studies between computer book first grade average to be taught in Iraq and Book computer first grade average to be taught in Arab countries in light of the quality standards. 3) Conduct a study to find out the availability of comprehensive quality standards in the books of the computer Preparatory stage from the standpoint of educational specialists and teachers.
