Aims of the research: A) preparation of quality standard for the curriculum of professional for open college education. B) Calendar (evaluating) curriculum of professional preparation in open pedagogical college according to the elements of a curriculum of professional preparation 1) Objectivs. 2) Content. 3) Teaching methods. 4) Pedagogical oppointments. 5) Associated activities. 6) Evaluation. Border of research Current search is determined by; a) Open pedagogical college in Baghdad, Basra. b) Phase IV students in all departments of college. c) Academic year (2013-2014). Researcher adopted the descriptive approach in terms of the procedurs for the purpose of achieving the goal of the study, this approach of the most curriculums pricy particularly in the Educational research and psychological. Included the sample current search students the fourth stage in open pedagogical college in Baghdad, Basra in the various formed the sample of 200 students selected randomly and by 32%. Research prepared a questionnaire to evaluate private vocational preparation curricula for students, consisted its image initial of the 75 standard distributed on six areas (objective- content- teaching methods- pedagogical oppointments- associated- evaluation), Presented to a panel of experts and arbitrators and then prove of sincerity of standards and reliability, then prepared its final form as the number of standard criteria 70, and put in front of standards the lath alternatives are unrealized unrealized somewhat unrealized. Statistical methods: The researcher used at the data processing the following standard means: statistical package for social sciences (spss), deriation, person correlation coefficients, weighted means, the weight percentile to scoop the importance of each paragraph and paragraphs arranged among the identification of research. Search results: Search results showed that the standards achieved in the curricula of the numbers are 26 and standard 44 standard un vealized, and this means that the researcher has persons strengths and weaknesses in the curriculum setup on the faculties of pedagogical open. Then the researcher ended to a number of recommendations can be summarized as follows: 1) the need for continued professional preparation for teachers genty by directorates’ preparation and training programs in the directorates general for education in the provinces. 2) Necessary to formulate a professional manner and setting clear aims and writing in the college guide to be aware of them each of his connection with setup.
