More leaders of education are thinking that the educational establishment obligation, and high for its aims arc educating of the creativity thinking minds. The thinkers and Creative can be find solves that to abbreviate the time, and save the money and hard for the different of problems that the societies to face it, and which are rival 17 complex whenever the knowledge are bring forward and to grow, as well as, they are adding a new and useful to knowledge, and the nation get up by them, and carry out its aims in field various. But our society still disregard its need for their power and their creativity abilities, and the our establishment educational and learning today put hindrances in front of creativity and put out of a creativity firebrand for them in a period are to be full of in fast scientific produce which leading it the creativity minds, as well as, that it still don’t give to thinking styles for the students important, perhaps there are a big number from them don’t carry out the learning method, or evaluation method, or teacher’s style, or the curriculum wards. The importance of this study comes from the importance of the two study variables in the educational process which is to aim to graduating individuals in level that is fitting for carry constructive liability of their society and its bringing forward, so that this study is wanting know to serious creativity level, which those individuals to enjoy it and the mental self- government level for (hem, then this study aimed to knowing at: 1)The level of serious creativity of student of the fifth elementary school. 2) The level of mental self- government of student of the fifth elementary school. 3) Assessing the significant difference of the level of serious creativity of student of the fifth elementary school, according on variable gender (male, female) and specialization variable (scientific, literary). 1) Assessing the significant difference of the level of mental self - government of student of the fifth elementary school, according on variable gender (male, female) and specialization variable (scientific, literary). 2) Assessing the significant difference relation between serious creativity and mental self- government of student of the fifth elementary school. To achieve the objectives of this study the researcher make ready two scales, the first according to the California mental motivation measurement, of measuring the level of serious creativity, which is making ready from Giancarlo & Facione. And the second to measuring the level of mental self- government according to the scale of mental self- government which is making ready from Sternberg. After find validity and reliability of the two scales, the investigator has applied it to sample 380 of the fifth grade students in elementary level in the center of Babylon, after collecting data analyzing it statistically and using (Z) test, and two way analysis of variance of unweight means, and Pearson product moment correlation coefficient, and (t) test. This study has come to the following results: 1) The fifth elementary students possess high level in the serious creativity. 2) The fifth elementary students are favoring the styles that were putting in order (legislative, hierarchic, external, judicial, liberal, and anarchic). 3) There are significant differences statistical of the level of serious creativity of student of the fifth elementary school, according specialization variable as the scientific and there are not significant difference statistical according gender variable. 4) There are difference in favorites of the students depending on the gender and specialization.
