Study Title: Development of Islamic education curricula for basic stage in the Republic of Yemen in the light of human rights in Islam. The study aimed to include human rights in Islam in the content of books Islamic education curricula for basic stage in the Republic of Yemen To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher prepared the following tools 1) List of human rights in Islam 2) Form content analysis. The researcher adopted a descriptive analytical method; as the most appropriate curriculum in such a study. The most important findings of the study 1) Visualization proposed to develop and document the curriculum for the year 2001 for the Islamic education material for the core stage the third episode in the light of the list of human rights in Islam. 2) Included books Islamic education curricula for basic stage on the third episode 1021 really, distributed as follows. 3) The content of the seventh grade curriculum in the first rank in the availability of rights; where the number of its replication 376 really, and at a (rate of 36.83%). 4) Came in the ninth grade curriculum content in second place, repeating the (total 363 and really rate 35.55%. 5) The eighth grade curriculum content came in ranked last, repeating reached 282, and really rate 27.63%. The most important recommendations: In light of the previous findings of the study, the study recommends the following: 1) The need to take advantage of the list of human rights in Islam, which reached the current study, when making any development or changes in the curriculum in general. 2) Need to focus on basic education, being one of the best stages of education in instilling and learn the principles of human rights in Islam.
