The present study aims at knowing (The Effect of Using Educational Programming in the Acquisition of Students of Second Grade in Intermediate school in Grammar of Arabic). The researcher used the experimental design with partial design. The researcher chooses purposefully Al-Huda Palestine Intermediate School for Boys in to represent the two groups of sample. Then, she chooses one section, (B), (H) out of 6 sections of the second grade in the random way. The number of sample is 64 students of as 32 per each group, the experimental group who are taught by the use of educational programming and the average score of students of the control group who study in the traditional method. The researcher matched the groups in terms of (Arabic scores for the previous year 2013/2014, age in months, intelligence test, parent's acquisition, post acquisition). In order to achieve the purpose of study, the following zero hypotheses: There are no statistical significant differences at the level of 0.5 in average score of the students of the experimental group who are taught by the use of educational programming and the average score of students of the control group who study in the traditional method in acquisition posttest. After determining the scientific material of seven themes in the Textbook of Arabic Grammar for Second Grade Inter. School, 64 behavioral objectives were formulated for the seven themes. The researcher put teaching plans for teaching as 14 daily plans per group. The researcher prepared a test Theselaa Uday component of 30 test paragraph of multiple choice type (Multiple-choice), paragraphs on a group of experts and specialists to verify test the sincerity and analysis paragraphs and expense of stability offered, and then calculated the difficulty coefficients and the strength of discrimination, and the effectiveness of the false alternatives to paragraphs then extracted using the reliability coefficient retest method and calculated manner (Keodr- Richardson), bringing stability 0.83, which is a good reliability coefficient, and after that was applied to a sample similar to the current research sample consisted of 100 students. The experiment was applied in the second semester of the academic year 2013/2014 for 9 weeks in two teach hours per each group in a week. The researcher taught the two groups herself and then proceeded the data obtained by the use of t-test. Thus, the researcher comes up to the conclusion that teaching based on educational programming has an effect in raising the level of teaching acquisition. In the light of the results, the researchers recommended a number of recommendations: 1) The necessity of caring for the use of technology and computer means and follow up of up-to-date technology in the field of teaching and using them for the effect in acquisition and retaining, 2) Encouraging the teachers Grammar of Arabic how to use the educational program in teaching in general and teaching themes of Arabic in particular. 3) Organizing courses for teachers while in service to train them as how to use these techniques. She suggests the following suggestions: 1) Making a similar study for the other studies. 2) Making a similar study for the effect of use of educational programming in knowing the trends of the students. 3) Making a similar study other stages.
