This research aims to recognize (The effect of the Negotiation Approach in the Achievement of the first female students in the material of history). To achieve the research objective, the researcher put the following null hypothesis: (There is no statistically significant difference at the level 0.05 between the average collection of first female students who are studying the material of ancient civilizations history collection of their peers who are studying the same material, according to the traditional method in the achievement test) The research used the experimental design of partial control with dimensional test to evaluate the experiment that consist of two group (control and Experimental). The research choose at random a sample of students from the primary year Female students in Almaghfera secondary school for girls at Cenerral Directorate of Diyala for academic year 2013-2014) in order to practice this experiment. The research sample consist of 70 students 36 students for the experiment group, this group studied according to Negotiation Approach and 34 student for the control group, this group studied according to “Traditional Method” a number of variables like age, father, and mother studying level, and intelligence quotient test was comparing the student of these two group statistically. After that the researcher identify the learning subject which included the first three chapters from of ancient civilizations history the researcher formulated the behavior aims in light of public aims depending on the first three levels of Bloom classification (knowledge under staudinit to group of arbitra- lotrs specialists, practice the behavior aims number 128 and The research preparing teaching plans for subjects achievement test (sort of Multiple- choice) and then verify the sincerity obvious submitting it to a group arbitra-lotrs specialists in educational and psychological sciences and history and teaching methods, and extracted the coefficient difficulty and the discriminatory power of items. As well as the effectiveness of the false alternatives and firming extract the way retail midterm test using pearson equation. The researcher studied the groups be herself, the experiment extended from Monday 16/2/2014 and ended on Sunday 4/5/ 2014 for tow month and three week of the second semester of the academic year 2013-2014. Al the end of experience, the researcher applied the dimensional test collection on the pupils and depending on the second choice for two independent samples in data processing and statistically, the results showed superiority of the experimental group which studied according of the simulation strategy to the control group the studied according to the traditional method in the collection of student in the ancient civilizations history material in light of the research results, the researcher recommends a number of recommendation and presented asset of proposals.
