The research tackled the influence of color and its educational indication in children’s TV. Program decor, the research problem represented in the lack of studies specialized in this type of communication means as a major children supportive visual means that deliver the communication message. The research aimed to explore the actuality of using color in children's TV. Program decor, then, setting indicators to develop the child’s visual abilities and artistic beauty taste. The study used the descriptive analytical study designed to expose and discuss the sample. The research came out with numerous results, the most important was that: some designs succeed in making colors play its expressive roles through achieving compatibility between the formations and its relationship to coloring in a simple way. Color was used in decor as an indication and symbol of singe message in general. Expanded connection relationships were conducted between different designing divisions through repetition of some colors. Some designs were highly diligent in its color relationships construction by customizing brightness, and making featured rhythms by repeating the same color in different spaces. The perfection and tune-up of strong colors and its separating spaces has strengthened the visual attraction and design constructive equation. (Author’s abstract)
