The study tackled: (The Evaluation of the Efficiency of the Educational Planning in Developing the School Performance in the Republic of Yemen, an applying study on Basic Schools in AL-Jawf Govemorate). The study aims to explain the efficiency of the educational planning in developing the school performance. The researcher used the descriptive analytic methods as a main method in this study, as well as using of the questionnaire tool for collecting data from teachers, administrators and supervisors. The objectives of the study are; to explain the effect of the educational planning in the fields of (Administrative, teachers, learners (pupils) and the method), in developing the school performance in the basic schools in AL-Jawf governorate in the Republic of Yemen. The most important results of the study are: a firm connection existed between the educational planning and its efficiency in developing the school performance, the clearness of the connection and the strong relation between the educational planning sides (Administrative, teachers, learners (pupils) and method), with the school performance, where the study explained that the continuing encourage for the teachers will lead to the development of the scientific and vocational possibilities and rising of the students’ benefits from the planning pivot for the learners because of the efficiency of the directing programs. The most important recommendations: to apply the different mechanisms to reactivate planning, to carry out more studies to achieve the required development in the educational process, to carry out qualification training courses and cultural symposiums for the meant persons, by the educational planning to develop the educational process, the necessary to provide the adequate material support to achieve the required development process, to take care of methods and to work to provide all the specific means to access information for the students, the importance of evaluation all that pertinent to the educational process and to identify specialized administration for this evaluation.
