This research aims to study the suitability buildings and their equipments to meet the requirements of technical education-Khartoum State- A field study. The researcher used the descriptive method because it commensurate with the nature of this study and the study was symboled in three samples as follows. The community study contains Sudan, Khartoum, Bahary staff universities. The sample of faculty members at universities in Khartoum and they counted a hundred inspected. The second community study includes Omdurman, Khartoum, Bahary school teachers. The sample of high secondary schools teachers counted a hundred inspected. The third community study contain building engineers in Karri, Ondurman, Bahary and sample of engineers in the Ministry of Planning and infrastructure in Khartoum state the number hundred inspected. The researcher relied on the collection by using one questionnaire of data and information for its search through field surveying to reach the results. The researcher used the percentage, the arithmetic mean, standard deviation and chi. The researcher found the following findings: 1) educational buildings exist near residential areas and noisy places. 2) A lot of currency educational buildings incompatibility with standards international quality. 3) educational equipments which are found in educational buildings were not incompatible with the contemporary technological development.
