The study has focused upon the problems confronted by teachers of higher secondary schools in the use of computer in the teaching process in Jordan. The case study appeared in the attempts to analyze the impact of computer on the performance of teachers in higher schools in the province of education of alagwar, to measure motivation and variables which affect the use of teachers to computer as a learning medium of modern nature, especially in the higher secondary schools. The vitality of the study springs from the fact that, it is related to the field of educational management, it highlighted the importance of training programs in computer for teachers in the field of using computer in the teaching process, to be prepared by those in charge of education, and for the lack of such reference studies, according to the researcher, he used interviews for data collection. The study aimed to analyze the impact of using computer on the performance of teachers of higher schools in southern area of education of alagwar, in the teachers’ point of view, and to clarify fields of computer usage. The study followed the descriptive analytic method. It came out with a number of results, the most vital of them is that a positive impact of computer usage in the educational process, exists in the province of education of Alagwar which strikes high rates in computer usage in education, there are differences ,that make statistic indication, in performance and , refers to variables of sex , experience and academic qualification , despite the availability of devices an apparatus in southern Alagwar, but there are difficulties in using computer in education such as weakness of software related to higher schools curriculum , from the answers of respondents it is proved that teachers have the skills to use computer in education and that teachers use of computer will have the rank of a major factor and come prior in maximizing their ability in teaching better and revive positive orientations in them , toward computer.
