This research aims at identifying the use of techniques and their importance to the elements of the education al Technology from the perspective of the basic stage teachers in Al-Managil locality and El-Reefi unit. The researcher used the descriptive method as the suitable method appropriate methods for this kind of research, using the questionnaire as a tool to gather information, and the research community is from basic stage teachers. The number of community 675 teachers both male and female and the researcher chooses 150 teachers male and female as a sample; the research confirmed the elements validity and reliability, for data analysis. The researcher used SPSS program and reached to a collections of results among them: the use of educational technology in the classroom deals to raise the degree of efficiency of a professional teacher, string then the deep thinking and concentration in the learner contributes in understanding the content of the knowledge easily and simple, it also contributes in overcoming the problems accompanying the education al Utilizing. On the light of the results of research the researcher recommended that: emphasis on the necessity of the use of education al technology in the classroom, and the importance of it to upgrade academic and professional performance of teachers and the development of teaching methods, hold intensive courses for teachers in the basic stage and encourage them to use the education al technology in the educational process, give education al technology special importance, especially in the training and qualification of teachers in the faculties of education and teacher training institutes during the service, establishment of specialized centers for the production of educational programs and processing for use in schools, give priority in schools for educational technology of the local environment and the involvement of the learners, focus on providing direct experiences aimed in the educational process of their importance to the enrichment of learning, allocation of funds from the budgets of localities ability to support the production of educational technologies.
