The study aimed to identify the role of organizational culture in achieving job satisfaction among teachers of the basic schools in local Khartoum Bahri. The researchers used the descriptive analytical methodology. The study population involved 1096 male and female teachers at basic schools in Bahri locality. The researchers selected a simple random sample of 260 male and female teachers. The researchers used questionnaires tool for collecting the required data. To analyze the data, the researcher used the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS). The study came to many findings: the most important of which is that the reality of the practice of school departments of organizational culture came to a high degree, that the organizational culture affects the achievement of job satisfaction, that the job satisfaction of teachers came to a high degree. In the light of the findings, the study concluded several recommendations, including: work to develop positive values and beliefs that achieve job satisfaction and address the negative ones, as well as the need to spread organizational culture among the teachers of the basic schools, as well as achieve the functional satisfaction of the teachers of the basic schools.
