The study aimed - identifying the degree of the effect of the using computer in the development of the arithmetic skills of the mentally disabled children with a liability for learning. The researcher used the experimental method on a study sample from - Sakina institute. The sample consisted of (16) children. The study instrument was represented by using computer, SPSS was used in the statistical analysis and the study Found at the most Important results: There are no significant differences in the mean of the posttest scores of the educational levels between, the control group and the experimental group, there are significant differences in the mean of the posttest scores of the educational levels positive for the experimental group. It also represents the most important recommendation in: Making use of the suggested program in the development of the arithmetic skills of the mentally disabled children with a liability for learning using the computer.
