The effectiveness of an educational program according to the systemic approach in educational and skills development among geographic fifth graders literary. The study aimed to: 1) Building an educational program according to the systemic approach to literary fifth grade students. 2) Statement effective educational program in educational and skills development among geographic fifth graders literary. To achieve the goals of research researcher put Srettin two assumptions are: 1) There is no statistically significant difference between the average scores of the experimental group students who have studied the material natural geographical Balr.s. tutorial on systemic approach according to the average scores of the control group students who have studied the same material in the traditional way in the achievement test posttest. 2) There is no statistically significant difference between the average scores of the experimental group students who have studied the material natural geographical educational program according to the systemic approach and the average scores of the control group students who have studied the same material in the traditional way to test skills development geography. The researcher used according to the nature of the research are two approaches: 1) Descriptive approach in determining the geographical skills contained in the decision to build the natural geographical and educational program according to the systemic approach. 2) Experimental approach in a statement the effectiveness of a tutorial in the collection of geographic and skills development on the experimental group students. Research tools were: 1) Building an educational program according to the systemic approach. 2) Achievement test preparation and presentation to the experts and applied to the exploratory sample to verify the sincerity and firmness. 3) Preparation Mehari test to measure skills and geographical verify truthfulness persistence was presented to a group of experts and applied to the sample reconnaissance. The researcher also recommended a number of recommendations including: 1) Need to diversify the geographic skills in the curriculum of the stages by increasing the activities. 2) Directing teachers to the importance of systemic approach when implementing teaching positions where a holistic view of the elements of the educational situation and effect relationship and vulnerability, with an emphasis on the role of the student as a producer of knowledge and ideas. 3) Need for attention by those in charge of the educational process in providing the capabilities and materials for teaching systemic way inside the school to view programs in many ways in the classroom. The researcher suggests some proposals, including: 1) A similar study of the current study on the stages of learning another. 2) Building training program for teachers of geography according to the systemic approach. 3) Build a proposed strategy based on the systemic approach and its impact statement in the collection and modify wrong understanding of the concepts of geography.
