The purpose of the study was to investigate Value and concepts included in Civil Education books in Saudi Arabia, and teacher evaluation for values and concepts availability. To achieve the study the researcher analyze the content of the civil education books (fourth grade third year secondary), a sample has been selected consisted of 180 teachers of civil education, whose teach during (2009/2010), classes fourth to third secondary in Alqasim schools. Two instruments had been built. The first one used to analyze the content of national education books, while the second one used to evaluate teachers of books' content. The result showed that there are no balance in social values distribution (honesty, co-operation) for (sixth grade –first secondary).The result showed a large number of social value which included in national education books comparing to international and personal values The results showed that teachers evaluation of values and concepts included in national education books in Saudi Arabia in personal fields was high. And teacher’s evaluation for values and concepts in national and social field was medium. Teacher’s evaluation for values and concepts in global field was medium. The study showed group of recommendations related to study results. (Published abstract)
