تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل نوعية البرنامج الأكاديمي في العلوم الاقتصادية والإدارية بجامعة محمد الخامس بالرباط معتمدة في ذلك على مجموعة من الشروط المرجعية التي تتبناها الهيئة اللبنانية للعلوم التربوية والتي تشكل الإطار التحليلي لهذه الورقة. و يرجع اختيار هذا البرنامج لسببين أساسيين: يتعلق الأول بعدد الطلبة الوافدين على هذا المسلك باعتباره مسلكا مفتوحا في وجه الحاصلين على البكالوريا بدون انتقائية وما يترتب عن هذا من مستويات متدنية في معدلات التأطير والتخرج وكذا متابعة المخرجات. أما السبب الثاني فيتعلق بوجود نظام للاستقطاب المحدود المبني على الانتقاء بالمدارس الوطنية للتجارة والتسيير والتي تتميز برامجها في الإدارة والأعمال بنوعية عالية مقارنة مع مثيلاتها في الكليات. في هذا الإطار تندرج هذه الدراسة التي تهدف إلى التعريف بنقاط الضعف التي يجب تحسينها ونقاط القوة التي يجب تحصينها من خلال تحليل المعايير الآتية: أهداف البرنامج، إدارته والموارد الأكاديمية، المنهاج وتوصيفه، التقييم والتعليم, فرص التعلم، ومستوى الخريجين. This study is aimed at analyzing the quality of the academic program in economic and administrative sciences at University Mohammed V Rabat by relying on a set of terms of reference adopted by the Lebanese Association for Educational Studies which constitute the analytical framework of this paper. The decision behind choosing this program is based on two principal reasons: the first relates to the number of students applying for this track as an open-access track available to baccalaureate recipients without selectivity and the consequent low levels in the staffing and graduation rates and output monitoring. the second reason relates to the existence of a limited access system based on selection procedures implemented by the national schools of trade and commerce, where business and management programs enjoy a high quality compared with other similar college programs. In this framework, the study aimed at identifying weaknesses that need to be improved and strengths that must be reinforced based on the following criteria: objectives of the program, program management and academic resources, curriculum and its description, teaching and assessment, learning opportunities and level of graduates. Cette étude analyse la qualité du programme d'enseignements en sciences économiques et administratives de l'Université Mohammed V à Rabat, en adoptant pour cadre de référence les critères définis par l'Association libanaise des sciences de l’éducation. Notre choix s’est porté sur ce programme pour deux raisons essentielles. La première concerne le nombre d'étudiants entrant dans cette filière : l’ouverture de l’admission aux bacheliers sans aucune forme de sélection, affaiblit le niveau d’encadrement des étudiants, le taux d'obtention du diplôme, ainsi que le suivi des lauréats sortants. La deuxième raison est liée à l'existence d'un système d’entrée sélectif dans les écoles nationales de Commerce et de Gestion, dont la qualité des programmes en matière de gestion et d’affaires se distingue grandement de ceux des facultés. C’est dans ce cadre que se situe notre étude. Elle relève les faiblesses qui doivent être corrigées et les forces qui doivent être consolidées en partant des critères suivants : les objectifs du programme, sa gestion et ses ressources académiques, la caractérisation de son programme d’étude, l'évaluation et l’enseignement, les possibilités d'apprentissage et le niveau des lauréats.
