هدف البحث الكشف عن طبيعة الوضع الراهن لثقافة المدرسة المصرية في التعامل مع الصيغ التعليمية المتبناة في ظل جائحة كورونا وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي معتمدا على استبانة تم تطبيقها على عينة من المعلمين وأولياء الأمور بلغ قوامها (541). خلص البحث بشقيه النظري والميداني إلى العديد من النتائج التي توضح أن هناك تغيرا في بعض جوانب ثقافة التعليم في المدرسة المصرية، وأن هناك بعض الجوانب الثقافية التي لاتزال كما كانت قائمة بالفعل وتضرب بجذورها في التعليم فكرا وممارسة، كما كشفت النتائج عن التوجه الإيجابي لدى كل من المعلمين وأولياء الأمور حول استخدام وتوظيف شبكة الإنترنت والوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة في التعليم بعدما كان ينظر إليها الأفراد على أنها ترف تستخدم للأغراض الشخصية فقط، كما أوضحت النتائج الرغبة في استخدام طرق واستراتيجيات تدريسية جديدة كالتعلم التعاوني، وأيضا الاعتماد على الحوار والمناقشة كوسيلة أساسية للتفاعل والتواصل بين المعلم والمتعلم بدلا من العلاقات السلطوية التي مثلت العلاقات الاجتماعية بين المعلم والمتعلم لسنوات عديدة؛ وعلى الرغم من ذلك فقد كشفت نتائج البحث أن العملية التعليمية في المدرسة المصرية لا تزال محكومة بالعديد من الأفكار والتصورات المهيمنة في العملية التعليمية كالاهتمام المفرط بالامتحانات، استقرار المعتقدات المعرفية للمعلم عن التلميذ المتفوق وهو الذي يحصل على الدرجات النهائية، سيطرة الغش في ثقافة المدرسة وثقافة الفصول المدرسية، طبيعة المحتوى التعليمي القائمة على غلبة الجانب النظري واللفظية على الجانب التطبيقي، هيمنة السلطة التعليمية في اتخاذ القرارات، اختزال شخصية الطالب في ذاكرة تخزن المعلومات وظيفتها الحفظ والاستدعاء، انتشار ظاهرة الدروس الخصوصية، وقد انتهى البحث بوضح رؤية مقترحة لتحسين وتغيير ثقافة المدرسة المصرية بما يجعها قادرة على تحقيق النجاح المرجو من تطبيق هذه الصيغ التعليمية. The research aimed to investigate the nature of the current situation of the Egyptian school culture in dealing with the educational formulas adopted in the light of the Corona pandemic. The descriptive approach based on a questionnaire applied to a sample of teachers and parents of (541) was used in the research. Results of the study showed that there is a change in some aspects of the culture of education in the Egyptian school, and that there are some cultural aspects that did not change; they still exist and are rooted in education in thought and practice. The results revealed the positive attitude of both teachers and parents about the use and employment of the internet and modern technological means in education, after it was viewed (in the past) as a luxury used for personal purposes only. Results also showed the desire to use new teaching methods and strategies such as cooperative learning, as well as relying on dialogue and discussion as a basic means of interaction and communication between the teacher and the learner instead of the authoritarian relations that governed the relations between teacher and learner for many years. Despite this, the results of the research revealed that the educational process in the Egyptian school is still governed by many dominant ideas and perceptions in the educational process, such as excessive attention to exams, the stability of the teacher’s cognitive beliefs about the superior student who gets the final grades, and the dominance of cheating in school and classroom culture. Results also revealed that content teaching is based on the predominance of the theoretical and verbal teaching over practical and applied teaching. Other dominant ideas are the dominance of the educational authority in making decisions, the reduction of the student’s personality to the storage and memorization of information, the spread of the phenomenon of private lessons. The research ended with a clear proposed vision to improve and change the culture of the Egyptian school, for making makes it able to achieve the desired success by the application of these educational formulas.
